What are M - CARDS?

M-Cards (Mobile Cards) are greetings cards that you can send to someone's mobile phone. Our design team has come up with many different animations in various themes to help you put your message across. The format of these animations is in a GIF format.

How do I send a Devil Card M-Card?

A DevilCards.com M-Card can be sent in 3 simple steps:

1) Select the M-Card you want to send
DevilCards has worked hard to ensure that using the site is as easy as possible. On the main page you will see a selection of our most popular M-Cards. If you cant see the M-Card you want simply click on the category that meets your sentiment and view more of our M-Cards. Once you have found the M-Card you want to send simply click on the image and it will become highlighted and appear in the preview window.

2) Fill in the form with your details and your personalized message.
Type in your personal message this can be up to 110 characters long. Remember that the preview will always show you the message and how it's going to look on the destination users phone. Once you are happy that the personal message and all the details are correct simply click the “SEND” button.

3) Make the payment

When you have hit the "SEND" button, you will be taken to a page asking you to send a text message follow the instructions shown. The response to this message will contain a keycode, which you need to enter into the text box and click the “SUBMIT” button.

And that's it your M-Card has been sent.

Which phones can receive M-Cards?

If you have the correct GPRS setting on your phone then the technology the DevilCards M-Card uses is universal and can be seen on most phones. DevilCards however provides users with a web address where they can see their M-Card online. So no matter what phone your using you can always see your M-Card.

How much does it cost to send an M-Card with DevilCards.com?
DevilCards charges the sender of an M-Card a one-off fee of £ 1.50 per card sent, The receiver can view the card as many times as they want for free by simply revisiting the link provided in the SMS we send to them. Charges will be applied to your mobile phone bill, or to the existing Top-Up balance in case of PayAsYouGo. DevilCards makes no charge at all to the receiver of the message.

My Phone is not MMS or WAP enabled, can I still receive the M-Card?

Of Course we send the receiver a URL, which they can use to view the mobile card online. For more information on how to set your mobile up to receive MMS or set your GPRS setting please contact your Mobile Phone Network or contact the Phone Manufacturer. 

What is MMS?

MMS is an SMS, with which you can attach photos, pictures and sound bytes for example. An MMS can contain an animation and text. You can compare it to a (mini) Slide show.

What is WAP?
WAP stands for 'Wireless Application Protocol'. Using a mobile or PDA, WAP allows you to access the Internet. WAP is made up of a set of protocols, which can be compared, to HTTP, the protocol used to send and receive information over the Internet.
